Geneva Williams, age 78 of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away on Friday, March 07, 2025, at her residence. Geneva was born in Alabama on Monday, May 06, 1946, to Coy Stanford and Fannie Hayes Stanford. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Watha Williams; daughter, Tanya Brasher (husband, Matt); granddaughter, Molly Brasher; sister Virginia Williams (husband, Wayne), a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Coy and Fannie Stanford; brother-in-law, Hugh Don Taylor; cousins, Bud and Dixie Lucas.
The visitation will be from 6-7pm. Sunday, March 09, 2025, at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 7pm in the chapel with Ryan Gallagher officiating. The interment will be at Williams Family Cemetery on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
