Funeral services for Mrs. Geneva Lucille McCormick Sparks, age 90, are scheduled for 2 PM on Monday April 27, 2015 at the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill with Bro. Tommy Crocker officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Mrs. Lucille passed away Friday April 24, 2015 in Saltillo, TN. Born November 15, 1924 in Decatur County, TN to the late James Allen and Arbie Estelle Rushing McCormick. Mrs. Sparks was a retired seamstress, and enjoyed gardening, yard work, flowers, traveling, and seeing new sights. Mrs. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Gilman Sparks, a daughter, Sybil Lett, three brothers, Delton “RT”, James, and Billy McCormick, five sisters, Madine McCormick, Ruby Montgomery, Dorothy Clenney, Jean Curtis, and Mary Hendrix, and one grandchild. Survivors include her daughters, Kay Anderson, Phyillis Parrish, and Jo Sparks, sister, Virginia Wortham, 6 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
