Geneva Kathleen Tidwell Pollock, age 84, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Thursday, December 7th, 2023, at NHC Oakwood.
She was born February 19th, 1939, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, to the late James and Ida Clifton Tidwell. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, feeding birds and animals, sewing, and traveling with her husband listening to bluegrass.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Rayford Pollock; a daughter, Rebecca Pollock, and sisters, Rosa Mae Harris and Hazel Lovell.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathy Chumbley of Lewisburg; three sons, Gerald D. (Malinda) Pollock, Wendell (Junette) Pollock and William Eugene Pollock all of Lewisburg; two sisters, Pauline Bradley of Murfreesboro and Dorothy Tidwell of Kentucky; a brother, Everett Tidwell of Lawrenceburg; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, December 10th, 2023, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091, with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091, on Saturday, December 9th, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and will continue on Sunday, December 10th, 2023, until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
