Gene W. Primm, 83, passed into his heavenly home after a long battle with Parkinson’s on Sunday September 15th.
Survivors include: his loving wife of 64 years Jean Stanley Primm and 2 Daughters : Jackie Lane and husband Butch Lane of Murfreesboro, TN and Glennis Wittmuss and husband Jeff Wittmuss of Athens, AL. Gene (Paps) also has 8 Grandchildren: Chris Lane, Chad Lane (wife) Terra Lane, Beck Mitchell (wife) Kelley Mitchell, Holden Mitchell, Tailar Furline (husband) Randy Furline, Zachary Wittmuss, Allie Westbrook (husband) Payton Westbrook, Brandon Wittmuss and 9 Great Grandchildren. His father and mother J.D. and Kathleen Primm, brother, Glenn Primm and sister Judy Primm preceded him in death.
Gene was retired from Liberty National after 35 years. He loved his family, golf and Auburn football.
Visitation is Friday, September 20, 2019, 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to his home church Flint River Baptist Church, St. Jude, and the Parkinson’s Foundation.
