Funeral Service for Gene Pinkard, age 76 of Cullman, will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. David Chambers, Patrick Johnson and Tim Pinkard officiating; burial at First Baptist Church of Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Pinkard passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024 at his residence surrounded by family. He was born, August 22, 1948 in , AL to GW and Opal Yeager Pinkard.
He was preceded in death by his parents; twin brother, Gerald Pinkard; grandparents, E.D. and Ethel Pinkard and B.J. and Mae Yeager.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Doris Ray Pinkard; daughters, Sharron (Bill) Cochran, and Amy (Clint) Haynes; grandchildren, Sydney (Patrick) Johnson, Makenzie Duskin, Elliot Haynes, Kaitlin Haynes, Kelsee (Matthew) Kensing, Haley (Dave) Miranda, Katie Beth Cochran, Abby Cochran, and Bucky Cochran; great grandchildren, Hunter, Blaze, Cage, Zane, Graylund and Colton; brother, Tim (Bobbie) Pinkard; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
