Gary Woodall, 71 of Webster Chapel, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at RMC of Anniston. He was born October 14, 1951, in Jacksonville, AL, to the late Earl and Ruby Woodall.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife of 51 years, Wanda; his children, Joey (Stephani) and Jason; three grandchildren, Dakota (Crystal), Brettnie (Dylan) and Christopher Gruber; and one special great grandson, Remi Shell.
Gary was a loving Husband, Daddy, PawPaw, and friend to many who always put his needs aside to help others and was such a sweet caring man who will surely be missed by his family and friends that loved him dearly.
Gary served his country starting with the Army for his first 2 years before transferring over to the Alabama National Guard for another 35 years and he also worked at the Anniston Army Depot for 38 years before retiring there as a supervisor.
Gary will forever be remembered for his skills of wood working, his beautiful gardens that he always shared, the love and devotion he had for his family which was his heart and soul and the love he had for his church and Pastor, Bryan Dunaway.
Heaven surely gained a precious soul who is now rejoicing with his late daughter, Candy Renee Woodall.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Indian Oaks Christian Church, 1401 Lenlock Lane, Anniston, on April 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
