Mr. Gary Wayne Reed, age 71 of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024. He worked for Fieldcrest-Cannon for 30 years. He was a body builder and loved turkey hunting. He was a loving husband, father and son.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.T. and Leona Reed; brother, Sterling Reed; sister, Shelia Headrick and niece Angelia Headrick.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sandra Reed; two sons, Richard Reed and Brandon Reed (Anna) and niece, Tina Hinkle.
The visitation will be at the Scottsboro Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10th, 2024, and the celebration of his life will be at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
