Gary Mitchell Reed, 77, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018, at his home. He was born July 24, 1940 to the late Mitchell Reed and the late Earline Gardner Reed in Fulton. He was a member of Fulton Church of Christ. He attended Itawamba County schools and was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1962 until 1965. He was retired from the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
Services will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Jarrell officiating. Burial will be in Harden’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Tuesday February 6 at Senter Funeral Home.

He is survived by his children, Mitch Reed, Gary Suddath, Alison Reed Chrisitian, Brandy Reed (T.J.) Johnson, Sherry (John Sturdivant) Reed, 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, Sisters, Rosie Reed (Eugene) Taylor, Sharon (Jerry) Comer, Beth (John) Cleveland, and caregiver, Vanessa Conerly.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Bettye Reed, his parents, Sister, Patricia Reed Miles, and Brother, David Earl Reed.
