Gary Lee Stiles, age 63, of Cornersville, Tennessee, died Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville.
Gary was born March 19, 1961, in Plymouth, Indiana, to Larry and Mary Milliser Stiles. He was a cook for Mildred’s Restaurant and the former owner of Donut Palace in Lewisburg. Gary enjoyed fishing, driving race cars, watching NASCAR racing, shopping for treasures at Dog Days flea market, and especially cooking.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Stiles and Chad Stiles and a nephew, Bryton VanDusen.
He is survived by his parents, Larry and Mary Jane Stiles of Cornersville; one son, Garrett Stiles of Nashville; three daughters, Michelle Stiles of Lewisburg, Amanda Stiles of Murfreesboro, Chelsie (Trevor) Davis of Mentone, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Chasidy Rumgay, Marcus O’Neal, Mashawna Ridley, Jachelle Ridley, Lincoln Davis, Isaac Wadkins, Eli Davis, and Brooklyn Davis; three great grandchildren; one brother, Scott (Jackie) Stiles of Cornersville and one sister, Kim (Larry) VanDusen of Cornersville.
A graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.
