Mr. Smith was born March 16, 1948, in Colorado to Enoch Franklin Smith and Anna Gertrude Elam Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Smith was employed in custom construction.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley (Ablutz) Smith.
