Gary Douglas Allen, age 68 of Estill Springs, passed away at his residence on Friday, November 3, 2023. He was born on June 9, 1955, in Greencastle, Indiana to the late Donald Ray Allen and Audry Ellen (Inman) Allen Pringle. He graduated from Cloverdale High School and then served his country in the United States Navy. Before his retirement, he had been employed as an electrician. An avid outdoorsman, Gary enjoyed hunting, fishing, and diving. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, John Ray Allen, and Tamera Leigh Allen; and a daughter. Gary is survived by his brother, David Eugene Allen; a grandson; nephew, David Ray Allen; and friend, Karen Hampton.
