Gary Dale Sides, age 70, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Signature HealthCARE in Clarksville.
His wishes were to be cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
Mr. Sides was born on August 4, 1954, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, to the late Bennie & Bythenia Slater Sides. He was a teacher who retired after 30 years of service with the Rutherford County school system. Mr. Sides was a gardener, and particularly enjoyed working with and breeding irises.
He is survived by his sons, Jamin (Stacey) Sides and John Sides; and his grandsons, Coleman Sides and Benjamin Sides.
