Garry Lynn Waldo, aged 74, passed away on November 18, 2024, at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson, MS. He was a man who cherished playing games and spending time outdoors with the kids, especially enjoying rides on the side-by-side.
Garry is lovingly remembered by his children, Jenifer Moore and her husband Bubba, Cynthia Thomas and her husband Donnie, Garry Waldo, Jr. and his wife Marsha, John Waldo, and Rebecca Davidson and her husband Johnny. He also leaves behind several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and his brother Mitchell Waldo and his wife Diane.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Kay Waldo, his parents Harvey and Mary Waldo, and his brothers Curtis, Harvey Jr., Milton, and J.T. Waldo.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 3:30 PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc, with Bro. Gerald Finley officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 PM, followed by the service. Burial will follow in Guinn cemetery.
Pallbearers will include Zachery Moore, Alex Waldo, Conner Waldo, Timothy Robbins, John Waldo Jr., Caleb Waldo, Cordel Waldo, Declan Mooneyham, and Tyler Mooneyham.
