Garry D. Reed, 67, of Killen passed away after a sudden illness on May 4. Garry was born in Lawrence County, AL and graduated from West Morgan High School. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and spent most of his life restoring motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Myra Brown, of Killen; daughter, Natasha Reed (James), of Seattle, WA; sons, Joshua and Zac Reed, of Decatur, AL; step – sons, Jimmy Howard (Laura), of Killen and Brad Brown (Robin), of Priceville, AL; step – daughter, Kendra Leatherwood (Jason), of Killen; sister, Kim Harris (Frank), of Cartersville, GA; sister – in – law, Wanda Bretherick (Ricky), of Athens; and 8 grandchildren.
