Garold Monroe Redmon passed away on Friday, September 15th, 2023. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 1st, 1981 and was 42 years old.
Garold was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He was an avid hunter and fisherman that loved the lord and his family fiercely. Garold was a big LSU and GCHS football and Baseball fan; he was also a huge fan of Chuck Norris. He enjoyed spending time coaching youth football and baseball. Garold could build just about anything and loved working with his hands. He was an active member of Thompson Chapel Baptist Church, where he led the men’s ministry and youth group.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
A memorial service will follow at 5:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Garold was preceded in death by, his grandparents, Huey and Jeannette Cox, and Joe and Beverly Woodard.
