Funeral service for Gail Greenway, 76, will be Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Michigan. Visitation will be Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Brother Steve Smith officiating.
Mrs. Greenway died on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. She was born May 17, 1948, in Tennessee, to William Allen Brown and Viola Frances Mae McClemore Brown.
She was employed in the Housewares Department at Walmart, for 25+ years prior to her passing. She was well known for her ability to raise money through yard sales for Relay for Life, for which she raised around $250,000.00. She loved going on cruises, singing Karoke, playing pool, bowling, and was very crafty. She could make just about anything from almost nothing. She also enjoyed dancing and won awards for her singing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Greenway; her parents and a son; Robbie Fortner.
