Freddy Wayne Shubert, age 50 of Jasper, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at UAB West.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at New Canaan Baptist Church in Sipsey.
Mr. Shubert was preceded in death by his Father-Fred Shubert; Brother-Timmy Garner.
He is survived by his Wife-Kim Hays Shubert; Mother-Margaret Capps Shubert; Daughter-Leila Shubert; Son-Nicholas Guthrie; Mother-in-law-Peggy Hays; Sisters-Tina Robinson (Ervin) and Cindy Aldridge (Garry); Grandchildren-Lennon Guthrie and Hendrix Guthrie.
