Frankie Ruth Webb was born January 16, 1944 in Jackson, TN the daughter of the late Q.T. and Martha Elorene McKinnie Jackson.
Miss Frankie was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church in Middleton, TN. She was active in the Women’s Missionary Union and the Hardeman County Disaster Relief Team. Miss Frankie was very passionate about her love for the Lord. Her biggest joy came from sharing the Lord’s word with every person she came in contact with. She enjoyed gardening, canning and crocheting.
She was a wonderful mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly.
Miss Webb departed this life on December 31, 2023 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 11 Months, 15 Days. She is survived by two daughters, Tonya Acred and husband Gary of Selmer, TN, Martha Daniel and husband Clint of Middleton, TN; a son, Vince Rainey and Suzy of Middleton, TN; a sister, Dorothy Vickers of Middleton, TN; sister-in-law, Burnell Jackson of Bolivar, TN;
ten grandchildren, Austin Hammons and wife Kayla of Oakland, TN, Laci Hammons of Selmer, TN, Landan Rainey of Middleton, TN, Nathan Daniel of Middleton, TN, Jackson Daniel of Middleton, TN, Christi Middleton of Paragould, AR, Destiny Acred of Selmer, TN, Laura Hammock and husband Tyler of Savannah, TN, Zach Shiver of Michie, TN, Ashley Shiver of Michie, TN;
two great grandchildren, Raylen Hammons and Madelyn Hammock; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Miss Webb was preceded in death by three brothers, John Jackson, Parnell Jackson, and Baby Hugh T. Jackson; three sisters, Judy McAlpin, Martha (JoJo) Moore, and Sarah McCord.
