Frankie Lee Mabus – Obituary

Frankie Lee Mabus, 82, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born September 10, 1934, to H.M. and Mary Cecil Christian Tindall. She was a member of Tremont United Methodist Church and had moved back home from Zion, Illinois, in 1977. She was a seamstress in the factory industry. She enjoyed flowers, plants, crocheting, and quilting.

Services were held Friday, June 9, at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Gray officiating. Burial was in Itawamba Memorial Gardens. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.

Survivors include her son, Jerry Mabus (Rebecca) of Fulton; her daughter, Nita Mabus Lindsey (Jimmy) of Fulton; four grandchildren, Jacob Mabus, Benjamin Mabus, Jordan Lindsey (Christine), and Joshua Lindsey; and one great-grandchild, Talon Lindsey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Purvis Mabus, on January 29, 1998; an infant son, Billy Dale Mabus; and her parents.
