Frankie Clarence Monfette, Jr., age 48, of Cedar Hill, died peacefully at his home following an extended illness. His remains rest at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield. A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the St Michaels Catholic Church with Father Ben Butler officiating. The burial will follow in the St Michaels Catholic Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield on Monday from 4:00 – 8:00pm and again on Tuesday from 10:00am – 11:30am. There will be no visitation at the Church prior to the service.
Frankie was born on July 13, 1972 in Clarksville, Tennessee to Frankie Clarence and Donna Kay Arms Monfette, Sr. He is preceded in death by his sister, Dawn Monfette Martin and his grandparents, Guy J. & Betty Wells; Felix & Reba Arms; and Raymond Monfette.
He is survived by his wife, Kendra Ann Monfette of Cedar Hill; sons, Andrew Francis Monfette and Dominic Seth Monfette both of Cedar Hill; daughter, Clara Grace Monfette of Cedar Hill; brothers, Shawn (Kelly) Monfette of Springfield and Brian Monfette of Springfield.
Active pallbearers will be Shawn Monfette, Brian Monfette, Chris Covington, Wesley Reed, Riley Monfette, Timmothy Hutton, Bradley Arms, Levy Jewell. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Ulsh, John Shepheard, Gary Carr, Ted Starkey, and Danny Huante. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Frankie Monfette memorial fund at Austin & Bell Funeral Home.
