Frankie Bivins Smith, age 86, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, April 02, 2014 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from C.J.’s, and a member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mabel Randall Hughes; her husband of 34 years, B.T. Bivins; two sisters Helen Belew and Ruby Bulier; one brother, Charles Hughes; and her second husband, James Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 04, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 05, 2014, with Joe Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
