Frank Morris  Frank Morris, 82, of Bolivar, departed this life Friday, February 26 at Alamo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Morris was a life long resident of Hardeman County, born Friday, May 20, 1938 to Hubert Wilson and Winnie Dora McKinnie Morris. He married the love of his life Mary Ann Sipes on July 15, 1957. They were together 54 years before her passing on January 11, 2011. Mr. Morris served in the National Guard from 1958 – 1965 and was a Lineman/Line Foreman for Bolivar Electric Department for many years. He then worked at Western Mental Health Institute where he retired in 1985. Mr. Morris loved fishing, hunting, tending to his cows, cutting hay and spending time with his beloved family, especially his grandchildren. He was a devout member of the Bolivar Church of Christ.

Survivors include his daughter, Leeann Grantham and husband Kenny of Bolivar; his son David Morris and wife Shari of Bolivar; two brothers, Bobby Morris and wife Ann of Bolivar and Thomas Ray Morris of Jackson; his grandchildren, Wesley James and Ashlyn Kate Grantham and step-granddaughters Loren McKinnie and Jerri Ann Goodman. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Sue Sullivan and Frances Dillard; and a brother David J. Morris.

His wishes were that memorials be made to the Bolivar Church of Christ, 1018 W. Market St., Bolivar, TN 38008.

While visiting or attending services, please consider the following guidelines:

* Maintain 6 feet between yourself and the next closest person;
* Refrain from hugs and handshakes;
* When you sneeze or cough, use your elbow to cover your nose and mouth;
* Wash your hands often;
* Avoid touching your face; and
* Minimize time spent in places where people gather.
