Mr. Frank Kelly Hilsman, age 55 of Horton, passed away at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice, on June 19, 2021. He is survived by his, parents; Doris Brooks (Jim), Ray Hilsman (Wanda); sisters, Susan Hilsman, Lea Ann Graves (Richie); brothers, Josh Hilsman, Jimmy Brooks, Ricky Brooks; niece, Megan Graves; nephew, T J Newman.
Susie Hilsman will officiate. Pallbearers will be; Rodney Wilder, Tony Lancaster, Frank Jenkins, Tracy Baker, T.J. Newman, Richie Graves.
