Frank Frazar Seay, 93, of Russellville, died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at Russellville Hospital.
Mr. Seay had been a resident of Russellville for the past 32 years and was a self-employed real estate agent. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy as a chief petty officer, and was a survivor of the Battle of Midway on the U.S.S. Yorktown.
The funeral service will be Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at 2 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Tharptown Cemetery. Officiating will be Brother Douglas Hendon and Brother Johnny Smith. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from noon until 2 p.m.
Survivors include nieces, Charlene Gladney, Russellville, and Elodie McKee, Burbank, Calif.; nephews, Freddie Hall, Russellville, Victor Seay, Marietta, Ga., Charles Seay, Jr., St. Petersburg, Fla., and James McKee, Twain Harte, Calif.
Pallbearers will be Mike Sewell, Joe Porter, James Magar, Willie Groce, Lance Seay and Bobby Seay.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Antonia M. Seay; parents, Charlie B. and Carrie Warhurst Seay; sisters, Callie Hall and Lena Seay Thomas; brother, Charles Russ Seay.
Pinkard Funeral Home will be directing.
