Frank Bramlett, 88, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024, at NMMC Hospice in Tupelo, MS. He was born May 22, 1935, in Pontotoc County to Philip Wesley Bramlett and Mamie Alice Howard Bramlett. He was a retired furniture plant supervisor. He served in the United States Army. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, and loved his dogs. He had an outgoing personality and left people with a smile on their faces by telling stories and enjoying life and living in the moment.
Funeral services will be at 2PM Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc. Visitation will begin at 12PM and continue to service time. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery in Ecru, MS.
He is survived by two daughters, Shelia Bramlett and Judy Bramlett; three sons, Rickey Bramlett (Michelle Jones), Mike Bramlett, and Scotty Bramlett; one grandson, Jeremy Bramlett; and one great-grandson, Braydon Bramlett.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, John Purvis; his wife, Sadie Lyons; two sisters, Lorraine Cary and Mary Frances Boyd; and five brothers, Eugene, Bill, Philip, Robert, and Kenneth Bramlett.
Pallbearers will be Mike Bramlett, Scotty Bramlett, Jeremy Bramlett, and Braydon Bramlett.
