Frances Elaine Shipley Simpson, 71, died March 12, 2023. Public viewing will be Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Grace Memorial Funeral Home, Sheffield with visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Rock Primitive Baptist Church, Florence. She will lie in repose one hour before the service. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Gardens
