Funeral Services Celebrating the life of Frances Montgomery will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 3 PM. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Community Pentecostal Cemetery, where she will continue to watch over her loved ones. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5PM until 9PM and again on Friday from 2 PM until the service time. Bro. Tim Wilbanks and Titus Mathis will officiate the service.

Frances Montgomery away on December 18, 2024, at Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo. Born on March 23, 1932, to the late Hezekiah and Nellie Burcham, Frances lived a life filled with love, faith, and devotion to her family. Frances was a woman of grace and kindness, embodying the values she held dear. Her love for reading the Bible exemplified unwavering faith that inspired all who knew her. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was sewing beautiful quilts for her grandchildren or sharing meals and stories with her family around the kitchen table.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Montgomery; sisters, Velma Rorie, Ester Vanderford, Annise Ruth Bridges, May Belle Feazell, and Mildred Lambert; brothers, Howard Burcham, Milton Burcham, and Buddy Burcham; and granddaughters, Haley Patricia Montgomery and Montana Lynn Robertson.

Frances is survived by her son Timothy Montgomery (Brandy); stepsons, Butch Montgomery and Buster Montgomery (Judy); grandson; Tyler Montgomery; step grandsons, Jason Montgomery, Jonathan Montgomery, and Josh Montgomery.

Pallbearers include Leland Crum Jr, Bret Crum, Keith Cooper, Jason McDaniel, Clent Busby, and Dawson Britt.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo and Gentiva Hospice for the wonderful care of Frances.
