Mrs. Frances Marie Wilbanks, age 83 of Bolivar, departed this life Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Wilbanks was born in McNairy County, Tennessee August 10, 1930 to the late Velva O’Neal and Maude Pearl Dillion Johnson. On May 11, 1962 she was united in marriage to Willie Wilbanks who preceded her in death November 9, 2004. She retired from working in medical records with Dr. Frost and later worked for Western Mental Health Institute. She was Pentecostal in faith and served in the Women’s Army Corps.
She is survived by her son, Trent Wilbanks and wife Marcy of Bolivar; and four grandchildren, Courtney Wilbanks of Bolivar, Megan Wilbanks of Knoxville, Aaron Wilbanks of Bolivar and Alexis Wilbanks of Bolivar.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jason Wilbanks, in 2002.
