Frances Lewis “JOE” Moffett, 53 of Arab died Wednesday May 6, 2015 at his residence.
Mr Moffett was born June 2, 1961 in Millville, Jew Jersey, the son of George B. and Elizabeth Ridgeway Moffett. He was a restaurant cook and has lived in the Arab area since 1990. He and the former Danielle M. Tidmore were married in 2003.
He is survived by his wife: Danielle Moffett; three sons: Josh Moffett, Joey Moffett (and Shawna Roberts) and Michael Moffett; two step daughters: Brittany Houston and Emily Houston; a granddaughter: Kaylee Elizabeth Moffett; a brother: Theodore Von Bartheld; six sisters: Michele Hill, Leona Lynn Moffett, Georgette Atkinson, Anna Rae Gatty, Kathy Townsly, Roberta Lois Stubbee and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends; preceded in death by a daughter: Meagen Moffett, his parents: George Baily Moffett and Elizabeth Ann Ridgeway Moffett, and a sister Virginia Cheppell.
Mr. Moffett’s family elected cremation; at present time no Memorial Service has been scheduled. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel assisted the family with cremation arrangements only.
