Frances L. Pollock, age 80 of Decherd, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A native of Franklin County, she was born on January 18, 1943, to the late Boyd and Margie Hill. She worked as a seamstress for many years. Frances enjoyed going to auctions, but most of all cherished the time spent with her beloved family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Pollock; brother, Cliff Hill; and sister, Vernice Adams. Frances is survived by her loving children, Janice (Wayne) Judge, and Glenn (Mary Jo) Pollock; brothers, Earl Hill, Grover Hill, and Melvin Hill; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jared) Hale, Eric Judge, Catilyn Pollock, Colbee (Joe) Esmyer, and Allie Judge; and great-grandson, Jaebeau Esmyer. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 11, 2024, in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
