Frances Hoeman passed away peacefully on November 29, 2023 after a brief illness. A devoted wife and mother, she was much loved by family and friends. Born and raised in Portsmouth, NH, she moved to Winchester, TN with her husband when they retired. She loved her cats and dogs and enjoyed being outside tending to her flowers. She enjoyed watching NASCAR racing and the Tennessee Titans. She was an avid book reader and crossword puzzle solver. She will be truly missed by all the people whose lives she touched.
She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years Marvin Ralph Hoeman and her brother Paul Grisuk. Frances is survived by her two children, Duane Hoeman of Portsmouth, NH and Veronica (Marvin) Betts of Winchester, TN and her 3 grandchildren; Joshua and Jason Hoeman and Jared Betts.
