Frances Evelyn Mitchell, 86, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2012. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg. The service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Shy Grove Cemetery, Lawrence County. She was a member of Shady Grove Church of Christ.
