Frances Elizabeth Brewer, 89, of Athens, AL; passed away February 23, 2022 at Limestone Nursing Rehab.
Graveside Service will be Monday, February 28, 2022 at Roselawn Cemetery at 3 P.M. Visitation will be Monday, February 28, 2022 from 1-3:00 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Brewer was born in Limestone County, AL; on March 24, 1932 to Emmitt Hacker and Ada Green Hacker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles Houston Brewer, one son Allen Keith Brewer, one grandson Steve Leon “Lon” Yarbrough, Jr. and one uncle Jack Green. Mrs. Brewer was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She was the greatest Quilt maker- hand sewn and bookkeeper.
She is survived by her daughter Hillary Kennemer (Bill) of Athens; two sons Harley Brewer (Karen) of Athens; Charlie Brewer (Rhonda) of Athens; five grandchildren Molly Garrison (Doug) of Madison; Kelsi Hacker of Athens; Lisa Stovall (Brian) of Lester; Jeremy Brewer (Kallie) of Athens; Michael Brewer of Atlanta, GA; five great grandchildren Jessie Blackmon, Braden Garrison, Evan Brock, Rayne Brewer and River Brewer.
