Funeral services for Foster Canady, 79, of Falkville, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Michael Milligan officiating with interment in Friendship Methodist Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Canady passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at his residence. He was born February 24, 1936 to parents, E.D. and Ester Ingram Canady. He attended Logan Church of God and is a retired veteran of 20 years, which he served in the Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Junior and Buford Canady; sister, Espo Canady, and grandson Christopher Baker.
Survivors included his wife of 50 years, Judith Woods Canady; children, Terry (Jeffery) Betterton, Judy (Wayne) Jones, Patty (Shane) Morgan, William (Relena) Canady and Kim (Robert) Baker; 24 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Lanningham, Brian Hood, Michael Bryant, Travis Baker, Shane Morgan and Tony Bryant.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 5:30-8 p.m.
