Fornia Coker of Florence, Alabama went to her heavenly home on June 6, 2024, at the age of 82. She was born April 10, 1942, in Pierce, FL, she grew up in Sheffield. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister & friend. Remembered for kindness, love for her family and all animals.

Through her life she was a devoted Christian of York Terrace, Highland Baptist, Underwood, and Florence First.

Preceding her in death were parents, Jack and Ina Fouts; sister, Carol; brothers, Tom and Noel; husband, Hubert Coker.

Survived by sons, Larry Carl Phillips (Susan), Allen Phillips (Belinda); daughters, Pam Smith, Alison Larkin (Dale); brother, Ben Fouts (Linda); sister, Nelbeth Sneed (David); sister-in-law, Myrna Fouts;14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. Nonnie leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 13, from 5-7:00 P.M. at Greenview. Funeral service will be Friday, June 14, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel. Interment will follow in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating will be Pastor Greg Woodall.

Pallbearers: Luke Phillips, Kyle Weeks, Andy Phillips, Kamdyn Phillips, Logan Phillips, Skyler Miller.

Honorary pallbearers: Dale, Thad, David, Christian, Chris, Matt, Griffin, Coley, Steven, Tommy Jr.

Special thanks to caregivers Helen, Lisa, Mary Ann, and Shea. Your love and tender care mean the world to us. Thank you to Dr. Bowen, Dr. Biswas, Natasha and Cindy for your care.
