FLORENCE-The Florence-Lauderdale Public Library will host a book signing by a local Lauderdale County author on Sunday, August 28 at 2:00 PM at the library.
Book Talk/Signing: Samuil Book 1 The Distant Lands by Randall Stephens
Local author Randall Stephens will visit FLPL to talk about his novel Samuil Book 1 The Distant Lands. Stephens lives in West Lauderdale County, and he traveled the US and the world before settling in Alabama 22 years ago. He has always been a storyteller as a teacher, counselor, historical lecturer, public speaker, pastor, and father of three.
Samuil Book 1 The Distant Lands is set in the late 1850’s. It’s an intriguing and vivid tale about an unusual boy and his unusual world. The engaging, action-packed adventure takes place in the Ukraine, the US, and the Distant Lands. Readers will feel the magic, embrace the mystery, and tingle with gripping suspense as the family flees for their life to America.
