FLORENCE-The Florence-Lauderdale Public Library has been asked by local educators to host and anti-bullying panel discussion. The event will be held on Thursday, May 2.

We’ve all been confronted with the heartbreaking reality of young people dying by suicide partly as a result of bullying. Help face the problem head-on with this Anti-Bullying Panel Discussion and Rally. This event is hosted by life coach Casey Eggleston and Emmanuel Turner and will feature motivational speakers, social workers, mental health workers, educators, and more. There will be a meet and greet with health professionals beginning at 5:00 pm, the panel discussion will begin at 5:30 pm, and at 6:45 we will have a ceremony to honor victims of bullying.This event is presented by Distinguished Productions and Shoals City TV.
