Floyd Marcus “Mark” Moss, age 68, passed away Oct. 26, 2016. Visitation was Thursday, Oct. 27, from 6-8 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Steve Wilson officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Moss retired from the city of Florence where he worked as a mechanic. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Vergie Moss; sister, Melba Hyde and husband, Kenneth; and brother-in-law, Garry Don Askew.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Murphy Moss; children, Keith Anthony Moss (Kimberly), Marc Moss, and Robbie Moss; sisters, Genene Askew, Teresa Howard (James “Butch”), Paula Gist (Rick), Peggy Wallace, and Linda Casteel (Keith); six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pallbeareres will be Robert Cullum, Bobby Smith, Landon Sharpston, Jason Howard, Rick Gist, and Butch Howard.
