Funeral service for Floyd B. Mims, 77, will be Sunday, March 31, 2013 at 5:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Smith officiating and eulogy to be given by Robert Mims and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, March 31, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Mims died on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at his residence. He was born May 14, 1935, in Morgan County to Earl Brewer Mims and Rebecca Janette (Johnson) Mims. Mr. Mims was a member of Morgan County Master Gardeners Association and a member of the Huntsville Gem and Mineral Society. He was the owner of Mims Blueberry Farms.

Two Sons: Robert Mims, (Amy), Somerville, AL and Daniel Mims, (Kim), Somerville, AL
Three Daughters: Sharon Garner, (Tommy), Decatur, AL, Sandy Bean, (David), Somerville, AL and Julie Rutherford, (Ray), East Limestone, AL

Pallbearers will be will be family members.
