WINSTON COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident in Winston County that has taken the life of a Florence woman:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:27 a.m. Monday, August 26, has claimed the life of a Florence woman.
Abigail K. Bailey, 45, was fatally injured when the 2003 Nissan Pathfinder she was driving left the roadway and struck multiple trees. Bailey was partially ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Alabama 13 near the 262 mile marker, approximately two miles north of Natural Bridge, in Winston County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
