Florence Woman Arrested; Charges Theft 3rd And Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card

FLORENCE-On August 28, 2023, Kayla Ann Davenport made 3 purchases at the FlorenceLowe’s, using a stolen Lowe’s credit card, belonging to a local construction company.

The total for the 3 charges was just over $1,000.  Detectives obtained warrants for Theft of Property 3^rd degree and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.  She was arrested for the warrants on Friday, October 20^th.

Kayla Ann Davenport is being held at the Lauderdale County Detention Center on a $4,000 bond.  Kayla Ann Davenport is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
