FLORENCE-The Florence/Lauderdale Tourism Visitors Center was the landing ground for a Columbus, Mississippi production company to make a grand announcement all about vampires and video cameras.
CS Digital Productions, based in Columbus, Mississippi, announced they have completed
Carlos Rosales
casting and will soon begin filming some scenes in Florence. A majority of the short film “La Madame”has been shot in Mississippi. Local filming is scheduled to begin in early to mid March. The anticipated completion of this short is in hopes to enter the 2016 Sundance Film Festival.
Roberto Rosales
Carlos Rosales, Producer and his son Roberto Rosales, Cinematographer of the movie hope to screen the movie trailer in Florence, along with highlights all at a later date.
The movie will include some homegrown talent, Christopher Crossland, Harold Crittenden, Cherri Fuller and Leana Scott all of Florence have roles in the upcoming short.
