FLORENCE-This morning, January 12, 2024, at approximately 8:30 A.M., Florence Police Officers responded to a report of a “person down” near 1244 Florence Blvd. When officers arrived, they found Thomas Messer, a 58 year old male, on the ground near the access road. Mr. Messer was deceased.
Florence Police Investigators have begun a death investigation and ask that if anyone has any information on this incident, call the Florence Police Department. At this time, the cause of Mr. Messer’s death is not known.
