FLORENCE-The State Leadership Conference for Alabama was held in Birmingham on April 11 and 12 and the purpose of conducting the State Business Leadership Conference (FBLA) is to provide a culminating or capstone experience for the many leadership activities held throughout the year. The Alabama State Awards Program is just one of many activities that provide leadership training in order to develop competent, self-assured business leaders.
