FLORENCE-On June 3, 2024, at around 2 AM, officers responded to a medical call at
Magnolia Garden Apartments. During the investigation, it was revealed the female
victim, 60, of Florence, had received multiple injuries during a domestic incident.
Shoshuna Nash
Shoshuna Nash was identified as a suspect and left the scene before the officer arrived.
Officers located Nash in a nearby apartment. He was transported to the police
department and interviewed by detectives.
Nash was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault 3rd, Domestic Violence Strangulation, Criminal Tampering,
Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances.
Shoshuna Nash, of Florence, is being held on a $37,000 bond at the Lauderdale County Detention Center.
Shoshuna Yudell Nash is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
