Florence Lorraine Feik Polk, age 86, of Fort Washington, PA passed away Monday, June 25, 2012 at Fort Washington Estates in Fort Washington, PA. She was a native of East St. Louis, IL, and a member of First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Polk also worked several years for Farm Bureau Insurance Company in Louisville, KY and was a school secretary at Ninde Wilder School in Louisville, KY. She was a former employee of Warner Lambert Company also.
She was the daughter of the late George B. and Rosa P. Locke Feik.
She was also preceded in death by her husband George A. Polk.
She is survived by
Son – Richard Alan Polk (Michelle), Mountain Lake, NJ
Son – Bryan Edward Polk (Colleen), Fort Washington, PA
