Florence High School Students achieve winning results at the Skills USA Competition

FLORENCE-Florence High School students competed in the Skills USA State competition this week in Birmingham. See details of these students’ winning results below:

Class Project Display-1st place  Ian Infanger

Digital Cinema Team-1st place   Nick Foster and  Jackson Rowe

Job Manual-2nd place   Macaulay Sheppard

American Spirit Team-2nd place  Macaulay Sheppard,  Mavery Cox and  Jennifer Vaden

Class Project Display Team-2nd place   Clay Hand and  Bryce Lemay

Broadcast News Team-2nd place  Erin Cody,  Grace Anne Watkins,  Cecily Nance,  Sebastian Garner and  Adam Curtis

Chapter Display Team- 3rd place   Kyle Farmer,  Ben Jones,  and Evan Jones

Welding Sculpture- 3rd place   William Wilcoxson

Elizabeth Shattuck was selected as Northwest Alabama Vice President for the State Skills USA and  Macaulay Sheppard  was selected as Northwest Alabama District Officer.
