FLORENCE- Due to Friday’s weather conditions, Florence City School’s Drive-Thru Back-to-School Supply Giveaway has been postponed until Wednesday, August 9, at 1 p.m. The event will still take place at the Burrell-Slater Center located at 610 W College Street.
Florence City Schools will be hosting its annual Back-to-School Supply Giveaway on Friday, August 4, from 1 to 3 p.m. The drive-thru giveaway will take place at the Burrell-Slater Center located at 610 West College Street. It is only open to Florence City Schools families. Southwire is donating backpacks that district volunteers will fill with grade-appropriate school supplies and hand out to each vehicle.
