FLORENCE — The Florence City Council Meetings will be streamed live on YouTube beginning Nov 4. Tune in or view later by visiting the City’s official YouTube channel at youtube.com/@
Subscribe and follow the City’s channel to receive notifications of future live streams and archived meetings. Comments will be enabled during the broadcast, allowing for increased public engagement. “YouTube is the number one streaming platform in the world,” Mayor Ron Tyler said. “This move ensures better access, open communication, and a permanent archive of council meetings for residents who wish to stay informed.”
The Work Session will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the City Council Meeting at 5:00 p.m. Both will take place in the City Auditorium, located at 109 South Pine Street, Florence, Alabama 35630. All residents are invited to attend these public meetings in person or watch live online. The Florence City Council meets every first and third Tuesday of each month in the City Auditorium. The City Council Meeting Agendas are available for public review at https://florenceal.org/city_
