Faye Wallace Marston, 77, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013, at Cypress Cove in Muscle Shoals.
Mrs. Marston was a native of Franklin County but had lived most of her life in Colbert County. She was a retired seamstress at Russellville Sports Wear and a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.
The funeral service will be Sunday, December 29, 2913, at 3:00 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville with burial in Hyde Cemetery, Littleville. Officiating will be Bro. Sammy Wallace and Bro. Billy Thorn. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, Edwin Marston, Huntsville; son, Rev. James (Sammy) Wallace, Sr. and wife, Debbie, Loretto, Tennessee; step-daughter, Barbara Inman, Huntsville; brothers, Austin Simpson, Georgia and Jimmy Simpson, Jr., Russellville; grandchildren, Felicia Wallace Rutledge, Angela Wallace Parker, James Wallace, Jr., Chad Green, and Shelley Green Stockton; step-grandchildren, Chris Inman and Holly Inman Smith; seven great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents, James and Shellie Thorn Simpson; husband, Harvey Eugene Wallace; daughter, Susan Wallace Green; and sister, Elsie Mashburn Pennington.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and friends.
